Did you know that hearing loss is the second most common disability in the UK?

Around 18 million people have a hearing loss or related condition. Businesses often haven't even considered hearing loss when thinking about accessibility. Yet the spending power of people with disabilities and their families, known as the Purple Pound, is worth an estimated £274 billion.

I work with organisations to make their services more accessible and welcoming for Deaf people and those with hearing loss. From practical advice on communication methods and workplace adjustments, to training teams in Deaf Awareness and developing best practices, I help businesses remove barriers and create an environment where everyone can engage confidently and independently.
