Oxford BSL offers three packages, each designed to meet the needs of your business in relation to hearing loss inclusion.

Essential Package

The Essential Package is perfect for businesses starting their journey towards Deaf inclusion. It focuses on the basics—reviewing your current policies, communication methods, and ensuring you’re meeting the legal requirements. You'll also get access to a Deaf awareness e-learning module for all staff, along with a follow-up check-in after six months to make sure things are on track. This package gives you everything you need to get started with practical and manageable steps.

Enhanced Package

The Enhanced Package is designed for businesses that want to look more in-depth at their inclusivity. It includes a deeper dive into accessibility, from reviewing your policies and communication methods to auditing your physical environment for improvements. You'll also get staff training tailored to your business and access to a 12-month Deaf awareness e-learning module. Plus, we’ll help set up a feedback system to keep you improving over time.

Premium Package

The Premium Package offers a full, bespoke approach to Deaf inclusion, ideal for businesses committed to making accessibility a core part of their culture. It includes everything from the previous packages plus a tailored Deaf inclusion strategy with clear goals. We’ll help you implement fully accessible recruitment processes, develop a communication policy, and provide in-depth staff training. You’ll also get ongoing support and guidance on creating an inclusive workplace for the long term.
